Bus Services to and from Cork - operated by Bus Éireann
For those arriving in Ireland by air to Cork Airport or as foot passengers on the Swansea Cork Ferry.
There is a regular service to and from Cork Airport to the City Bus Station (Parnell Place) - See below. Buses meet the Ferry according to the arrival and departure times.
From the Bus Station the route required is 046 to the Bantry/Castletownbere area. From 18 May 2007 to 15 May 2008 the times are as follows. These services are provided in comfortable coaches.

There is also a daily mini-bus service between Cork and Castletownbere. This is a direct express service taking approximately 2 hrs. with comfort typical of mini-buses. It is operated by Harringtons (Tel. : (00353) (0)27 74003) except for Thursday when the operator is O'Donoghues. It arrives in and departs from Cork at Parnell Place adjacent to the Bus Station. The departure times are as follows.
